The"World Games Elite Team" consisting of Ren Bingliang (a member of Chengdu Breakdancing Representative Team and a bronze medalist of breakdancing in the U15 World School Sport Games), Liu Bo (a member of Chinese Natinonal Frisbee Team), He Tianfu and Daniels (coaches from Chengdu Pandaman American Football Team), He Yiyu (Champion of World Freerun Championship) and Gao Han (Sports host of China Media Group) were invited to the event, who jointly visited Chengbei Gymnasium, Outdoor Music Park, Tianfu Art Park, Shangxinqiao Park, and Fuqin Night Market to conduct two days of venue-specific sports experiences and urban cultural exploration.

Since its completion in 1973, Chengbei Gymnasium has gone through 52 years. During the period, it has undergone many transformations. During Chengdu 2021 FISU World University Games, Chengbei Gymnasium served as a venue for martial arts competitions and witnessed the birth of the first gold medal of the University Games. The representative of breakdancing in the World Games Elite Team, 16-year-old teenager Ren Bingliang, as a member of Chengdu Breakdancing Team and the bronze medal winner of breakdancing at U15 World School Sport Games, brought an impromptu breaking dance to the main stage of the venue. The skillful jumping, rotating and freezing showed the"fashion" and"cool" of the World Games vividly. Ren Bingliang said that the holding of the World Games will make more people pay attention to breakdancing, and in the future, he will continue to dance brilliantly on the international competition stages representing China and Chengdu."I am very happy to be able to dance at the professional competition venue of the World Games, and my future goal is to participate in the Olympics as a member of the national team!"

The upgrade of Chengbei Gymnasium has driven the renewal of the living environment of surrounding residents, and is also a transformation of the"hard" foundation and"soft" environment of urban sports in Jinniu District.
