General Manager Li Wei frankly stated that although there were challenges when relocating from Chengdu, he firmly believed in the potential of the provincial strategy and full-chain supporting facilities. Today, the company's annual output value has increased from 10 million yuan to 30 million yuan, with 9 medical device certificates supporting core businesses such as customized dentures and crowns. Seventy percent of its customers are public hospitals in the province, and it processes an average of 400 to 500 orders per day.

Relying on Yagu's efficient examination and approval services, the processing time for Class II certificates is as fast as 3 months, far shorter than the industry's average cycle of one and a half years. It is accelerating the realization of the transformation from imported products to localized production, and has taken Ziyang as a strategic fulcrum for deeply developing the Chinese market and deploying its global layout.

System Breakthrough:

Solving Industry Pain Points through Service Innovation

The long certification cycle and high capital pressure of oral medical devices are common problems in the industry. The routine processing time for a Class II certificate is nearly one year, while a Class III certificate requires a three-year"silent period", which small and medium-sized enterprises can hardly bear due to the double pressure of time and capital.

China's Yagu directly addresses these pain points and has built three major service platforms: the pilot incubation workshop is provided with free decoration, saving time and costs; the inspection and testing center has invested 230 million yuan, covering more than 200 testing parameters, with the goal of achieving full-category coverage within three years; the provincial declaration service center is led by a team of masters and doctors, opening up communication channels with the provincial bureau. The average processing time for a Class II certificate in the park is more than 4 months, and it once set a record of one-time approval in 32 working days, nearly half shorter than the provincial average.

Zhang Chengxing, head of Boen Oral, said that the park's one-on-one tutoring and data pre-review have shortened the processing time of Class III certificates by nearly one year, helping the enterprise avoid many detours. It only takes Henghexin five to six months to obtain a certificate in Yagu, half the time required in Chengdu, and its comprehensive costs have dropped significantly. Akihiko Yamauchi, person in charge of NSK, stated frankly that approval efficiency is the core reason for choosing China Yagu, and the efficient services have helped the enterprise quickly settle in and put into production.

Innovation Leads:

Industry-University-Research Collaboration to Overcome Core Bottlenecks

Relying on imports of core materials is the biggest shortcoming of China's oral industry. Most of the key raw materials for implants and invisible braces come from overseas, presenting a pattern of"two ends outside".

Ziyang High-tech Zone has joined hands with West China Stomatology Hospital, investing 15 million yuan in special funds every year to build a two-way transformation platform for enterprises to seek technologies and for technologies to find markets. Up to now, Yagu has obtained about 430 medical device certificates, with 328 products put into production and a national market coverage rate of about 40%. Leading enterprises such as Aiqi and Lianyao have a high proportion of exports, and their products are sold well in the Asia-Pacific region and even around the world.

From the Oral Industry to the Whole Field of Big Health

After ten years of accumulation, Yagu has formed four core advantages: the whole industrial chain ecology is unique in China; the talent supply of the Dental Vocational College is irreplaceable; the exclusive inspection, testing and declaration service system is highly efficient; it has deeply bound the oral resources of West China, boasting strong innovation momentum.

Standing at the new starting point of the"15th Five-Year Plan", Ziyang High-tech Zone has clarified three key directions: strengthen the core oral business, consolidate advantageous single products such as protective equipment and masks, and make up for the shortcomings in implants and zirconia materials; expand oral care business, join hands with Yunnan Baiyao to jointly build a key laboratory, and promote the commercialization of research achievements; lay out the big health industry, extend to ophthalmology, orthopedics, medical aesthetics and pharmaceuticals, and realize cross-border development relying on a mature service system.
