我是西米，一名来自俄罗斯的旅行博主。我的家乡有辽阔的森林与巍峨的高加索群山，我总以为，那样壮阔的山野已经足够动人。直到这一次，我走进四川理县的毕棚沟，才遇见另一种独属于东方山谷的温柔与安宁。
I'm Simmy, a travel blogger from Russia. There are vast forests and the towering Caucasus Mountains in my hometown. I always thought that such magnificent mountains were already moving enough. Until this time, I stepped into Bipenggou in Li County, Sichuan, and encountered the unique gentleness and tranquility that belong to the Eastern Valley.
车子沿着山谷缓缓向内行进，喧嚣城市一点点被抛在身后。当观光车驶入沟谷，扑面而来的是清冽湿润的空气，裹挟着冷杉与草木独有的清香，一瞬间，所有旅途的疲惫，都被这片山野轻轻抚平。
The bus slowly marched inward along the valley, leaving the hustle and bustle of the city behind gradually. When the sightseeing bus drove into the valley, the clear and damp air surged over my face, enveloped in the unique fragrance of firs and vegetation. In an instant, all the fatigue accumulated from the long journey is gently soothed away by the serene mountain wilderness.
一路穿行，原始森林层层铺开，高大的冷杉笔直伫立在山谷两岸，浓密枝叶织成幽深的绿幕。顺着木质栈道缓步向前，脚下木板轻轻作响，脚下是雪山融水汇成的溪流，叮咚流淌，清澈得可以看见水底圆润的卵石。远处白龙瀑布自山崖奔涌坠落，白色水幕撞向山石，溅起蒙蒙水雾，水声回荡在整片山谷之中。
As I traveled along the valley, primeval forests spread out layer by layer. Tall fir trees stand straight on both sides of the valley, their thick branches and leaves weaving into a deep, secluded green curtain. I walked slowly forward along the wooden boardwalk, with the planks under my feet making soft creaking sounds. Beneath the path, a stream formed by snow-melt flows gurgling along, so clear that I could see the smooth, rounded pebbles at the bottom. In the distance, White Dragon Waterfall surges down from the cliff. The white curtain of water crashes against the rocks, sending up a mist of fine spray, and the roar of the waterfall echoes across the entire valley.
走到龙王海边，我停下了脚步。碧绿澄澈的高原海子像一块被群山捧起的宝石，湖面平静如镜，将森林、流云、远处若隐若现的雪峰完整倒映水中，实景与倒影交叠，恍如走进一幅流动的东方水墨画卷。云雾时常漫过山腰，缠绕在雪山的肩头，时而将峰顶遮掩，风一吹，又慢慢散开，露出雪山洁白锋利的轮廓，每一分每一秒，风景都在悄然变化。
When I reached the shore of the Dragon King Sea, I stopped in my tracks. The clear and emerald alpine lake is like a gem held up gently by the surrounding mountains. Its surface is as calm as a mirror, perfectly reflecting the forest, drifting clouds, and the faintly visible snow peaks in the distance. The real scenery overlaps with its reflection, making it feel like stepping into a flowing traditional Chinese ink painting. Clouds and mists often drift over the mountainside, winding around the shoulders of the snow-capped peaks. At times it shrouds the summit completely, only to slowly disperse when the wind blows, revealing the sharp, bright white outline of the snow mountain. The scenery shifts quietly and subtly, every single minute and second.
继续向上抵达磐羊湖，海拔慢慢升高，呼吸带上一丝浅浅的急促，可眼前的景象，足以让人忘记高反带来的轻微不适。辽阔的高山草甸铺向远方，湖水澄澈湛蓝，四周雪峰环抱，风掠过湖面，漾开一圈圈细碎涟漪。这里没有都市的嘈杂，只有风声、水流声与林间鸟鸣，时间仿佛在这里慢了下来。
Continuing upward, I arrived at Panyang Lake. The altitude rises gradually, and my breath took on a faint, quickened pace. Yet the scene unfolding before my eyes was more than enough to make people forget the mild discomfort brought by altitude sickness. The vast alpine meadows stretch far into the distance, the lake water is crystal clear and vivid azure, and the lake is surrounded by snow-capped peaks on all sides. When the wind sweeps across the lake surface, it ripples out in circles of tiny, delicate ripples. There is no noise of the city here, only the sound of wind, flowing water and birds singing in the woods. Time seems to slow down here.
在俄罗斯，我们也见过很多雪山湖泊，但毕棚沟给我的感受格外特别。它既有高山的雄浑辽阔，又藏着东方山水独有的静谧婉约。这里的山不只有冷峻，湖水不止有壮阔，草木、流云、雪峰彼此相融，处处流淌着松弛的治愈力量。行走在这里，人会不自觉放慢脚步，内心变得安静平和，那些生活里积攒的焦虑，好像都被山谷的风慢慢吹散。
In Russia, we have seen countless snow-capped mountains and lakes, but Bipenggou gives me a particularly special feeling. It boasts both the grandeur and vastness of high mountains, and hides the unique tranquility and elegance of Eastern landscapes. The mountains here are not just stern and imposing, nor are the lakes merely grand and vast. The plants, drifting clouds and snow-capped peaks blend seamlessly with one another, and a soft, soothing healing energy flows through every corner. Walking here, tourists will unconsciously slow down their steps, and their heart will become quiet and peaceful. All the anxiety that has built up in daily life seems to be gently blown away by the valley wind.
一路上我看见，当地人用心守护着这片土地。栈道完好，湖水洁净，草木繁茂，人与自然温柔共处。游客们轻声漫步，静静欣赏风景，不去惊扰山林生灵。我深深感受到，这份绝美的风光，来自长久的守护与敬畏川观新闻。
Along the way, I saw the local people guarding this land with great care. The wooden boardwalks are well maintained, the lake water is clean, and the plants and trees are lush. Humans and nature coexist here in gentle harmony. Tourists walk quietly at a slow pace, admiring the scenery peacefully, and never disturb the wild creatures living in the mountains and forests. I deeply feel that this stunningly beautiful scenery comes from long-term protection and reverence for nature.
我坐在湖边的石头上，望着雪山与湖泊，久久不愿离开。旅行的意义，不只是打卡风景，更是寻找到一处可以安放内心的地方。毕棚沟就是这样一处秘境。它把雪山、森林、海子、草甸全部揉进一条山谷，把喧嚣隔绝在外，留给旅人一片纯粹干净的天地。
I sat on a rock by the lake, gazing at the snow-capped mountains and the lake, and did not want to leave for a long time. The meaning of travel is not just to check in at scenic spots, but to find a place where you can settle your inner self. Bipenggou is exactly such a hidden paradise. It weaves snow-capped peaks, forests, alpine lakes and meadows all into one single valley, shutting out all the hustle and bustle, and leaving travelers a pure, unspoiled world.
很多国外朋友了解中国，大多记住繁华热闹的大都市。但当你真正踏入川西，才会读懂中国的另一面。这里有无比辽阔的山河，有原始纯粹的自然，藏着许多不为人知的浪漫。
Most foreign friends who know about China mostly remember its bustling, lively metropolises. However, the moment you really step into Western Sichuan, you get to understand the other side of China. Here you will find incredibly vast mountains and rivers, primitive and pure nature, and countless little-known hidden romantic charms.
如果你觉得生活匆忙疲惫，一定要来一趟毕棚沟。来听听山谷的风声，看一看雪山倒映在湖面的模样，把自己交给这片山野。在这里，你可以卸下所有匆忙，只安安静静，与山河相逢。
If you feel worn out by the rush of daily life, you absolutely need to take a trip to Bipenggou. Come and listen to the wind blowing through the valley, see the snow peaks mirrored on the lake surface, and surrender yourself entirely to this wild mountain landscape. Here, you can set aside all your hurried pace, and simply meet the mountains and rivers in quiet peace.
这是属于四川理县的馈赠，也是我在中国收获的一份最温柔的治愈记忆。
This is a precious gift from Li County, Sichuan, and also the softest, most healing memory I have gained during my time in China.
