Having traveled thousands of miles of mountains and rivers, I headed for the time-honored hidden gem deep in Western Sichuan. When the cool and ethereal romance of Russia meets the gentle depth of the thousand-year-old Jiarong Tibetan Village, a cross-border mutual healing unfolds slowly at Ganbao Tibetan Village.
我见过北国的辽阔雪原，看过异域的风情万象，却在四川阿坝的甘堡藏寨，被最质朴的山野人文深深治愈。不同于川西热门景点的喧嚣热闹，有着“嘉绒第一寨”美誉的甘堡藏寨，藏着少有人知的静谧与风骨，依山傍水、古寨连绵，静静伫立在群山云雾之间。
I have seen the vast snowfields of northern China and experienced the exotic charms of countless foreign lands, yet I am deeply healed by the most unadorned mountain humanity in Ganbao Tibetan Village, Aba, Sichuan. Different from the hustle and bustle of popular scenic spots in Western Sichuan, Ganbao Tibetan Village, honored as the"No.1 Jiarong Tibetan Village", hides its little-known tranquility and unique character. Nestled against mountains and beside rivers, the ancient village stretches continuously, standing quietly among the mist-shrouded peaks.
整座村寨由天然鹅卵石与青石依山垒砌而成，层层叠叠的藏式石屋错落排布，顺着山势蜿蜒向上，历经数百年风雨冲刷，斑驳的墙体镌刻着时光的痕迹。户户相通、家家相连的古寨格局，没有刻意雕琢的商业化痕迹，只有藏地人家世代相守的烟火日常，炊烟袅袅、清风徐徐，每一帧画面都藏着藏羌走廊独有的温柔诗意。
The entire village is built against the mountains with natural cobblestones and bluestones. Layer upon layer of Tibetan stone houses are scattered in a staggered layout, winding upward along the mountain slope. After hundreds of years of wind and rain, the mottled walls are engraved with the traces of time. The ancient village features a connected layout where every household links to its neighbors, with no deliberately polished commercial traces left. What we can see is only the daily life of local Tibetan families that has been passed down for generations. With curling smoke rising from the cooking fire and gentle breeze, every frame of the scene hides the unique tenderness and poetry of the Tibetan-Qiang Corridor.

Beyond the stunning mountain scenery, this place boasts a thousand-year-old military station cultural heritage and profound intangible cultural heritage roots. Gently spinning the ancient prayer wheel with my fingertips, I could hear the soft whispers of mountain breeze, and immerse myself in the unique charm of Bobasengen, the national-level intangible cultural heritage. Bold and unsophisticated Tibetan village ballads, along with powerful Guozhuang Dance Steps, pass down the ancient loyalty stories of defending the frontier and homeland from generation to generation, endowing the cold ancient village architectures with warm human touch and profound historical heritage.
同伴说我自带清冷高级感的异域气质，碰撞纯粹虔诚的藏地风情，两种截然不同的浪漫，在此完美交融、相得益彰。远离城市的繁华喧嚣，置身青山环抱的古寨之中，放慢脚步，触摸百年石墙的温度，感受藏族朋友淳朴的热情，在一呼一吸的山野清风里，卸下所有疲惫。
My companion said that I naturally have a cold and sophisticated exotic temperament, which collides with the pure and devout charm of the Tibetan land. These two completely different romances blend perfectly and complement each other here. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, I immersed myself in the ancient village surrounded by green mountains. I slowed down my pace, touched the warmth of the century-old stone walls, and felt the unadorned hospitality of Tibetan friends. In the mountain breeze that flows with every inhale and exhale, I let go of all my exhaustion.
走遍世界方才懂得，最动人的风景从不是刻意的网红景致，而是沉淀岁月的人文之美、治愈人心的烟火之韵。跨越山海，不负相遇，甘堡藏寨用独有的川西风骨与藏寨温柔，留住了远方来客的目光。
After traveling around the world, I have come to realize that the most touching scenery is never those deliberately created internet-famous scenic spots, but the beauty of humanity that has settled over years, and the charm of everyday life that heals the heart. After crossing mountains and seas, this encounter is well worth the journey. Ganbao Tibetan Village, with its distinct Western Sichuan grit and the gentle warmth unique to this ancient Tibetan settlement, holds the gaze of every visitor coming from afar.
